HEAT & AIR SERVICES
A preventative maintenance is designed to prevent equipment breakdown. This service is a check of the electrical, mechanical and operating components of the home comfort system. On a system break down our first goal is to diagnose the problem and review the solution of the problem with you before any work is done.
DUCT CLEANING
This service is both preventative and proactive. The duct system moves the air we breathe in our home every day. At Patriot, we not only clean the Air Ducts, but we also fully disassemble and clean the indoor unit, so that your "in-home" air is as clean as it can be. This will keep the mechanical air-moving components efficient, operational, and clean. This service is also great after a renovation project! Given the amount of dust and debris from construction, it can cause failures in the HVAC system.
